How do I get a price?
Fill in the three-step estimate form: what needs fixing, a few photos, and your name and phone. We reply with a written estimate. If the job needs a closer look, we arrange a visit first.
What kinds of jobs do you take?
Home repairs and improvements, rental make-ready and small commercial work: fences, painting, drywall, flooring and tile, doors and windows, exterior repairs, pressure washing, housekeeping and more.
Do you do electrical and plumbing?
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is coordinated through electricians, plumbers and air-conditioning contractors who hold the Texas license that work requires. Tell us what you need on the form.

Yes. Sí, hablamos español. The whole site is available in Spanish, and so are your estimate and your updates.
Which areas do you cover?
Houston and surrounding areas. Put your ZIP code on the form and we will tell you.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only to prepare your estimate and do your job. They are stored privately and never posted without your written permission. Our Privacy Policy, linked at the bottom of every page, has the details.
How do I pay?
Payment terms are written on your estimate before any work starts.
