How text messages from C&C Home Services work, and how to stop them.
What you agree to
If you check the text-message box on our estimate form, you agree that C&C Home Services may send text messages about your estimate, your appointments and your job to the phone number you gave. The box starts unchecked: the choice is yours.
Not a condition of purchase
Agreeing to texts is not a condition of getting an estimate or buying anything. Without it, we reply by phone call or email.
How often, and the cost
Message frequency varies with your job. Msg & data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will confirm and send nothing more unless you ask again. Reply HELP for help, or call or text us at (832) 381-2859.
What we record
When you send the form we record whether the box was checked, the date and time, your IP address and the exact words shown next to the box, so we can show what you agreed to.
Your mobile information
We do not sell your mobile number or your text-message consent, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.
A person approves every text
Every text we send is approved by a person at C&C Home Services before it goes out.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
