Website Terms of Use
Last updated October 22, 2026.
These terms apply to your use of cchomeservicestx.com. By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover the work itself: any job we do is governed by the written agreement you sign with us.
Estimates are approximate
Any price, range or estimate on this site, in a reply to the estimate form, or prepared from your photos is an approximate, good-faith figure. It is not an offer and it is not binding. Hidden conditions, measurements on site, material prices and the scope you choose can change the price.
Only the signed agreement binds
We are bound to do work, and you are bound to pay for it, only under a written agreement that both of us sign or accept in writing. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement controls.
The site is provided as is
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. Service descriptions, illustrations and examples are general information, not advice for your home and not a promise of a particular result. This does not affect any warranty in your signed agreement or any right Texas law gives you for work done on your home.
Limits for use of the site
To the extent Texas law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website (for example, the site being unavailable), and our total liability for your use of the website itself is limited to $100. This limit applies only to your use of the website, not to any work we do for you.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for gross negligence, fraud or work that fails to meet building code, or any right that Texas law does not allow us to limit.
Using the site
Please use the site only to learn about our services and to ask for an estimate. Do not send anything unlawful or harmful, or anything you have no right to share, and do not try to disrupt the site or get into it without permission.
Photos you send
Your photos stay yours. By sending them you let us use them to prepare your estimate and do your job. We post them only with your written permission.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. A dispute about this website is decided in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas, unless your signed agreement says otherwise for your job.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date.
