Privacy Policy

This policy explains what C&C Home Services (“we”) collects through this website and the estimate form, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, and email address if you give one.
- The address, city or ZIP code of the job.
- Photos you send and your description of the job. Photos taken with a phone can carry the place and time they were taken.
- Messages you send us by text, phone or email, and our replies.
- The best time to reach you, and whether you agreed to text messages. If you did, we keep the date and time, your internet (IP) address and the exact words you agreed to.
- Technical data our hosting needs to deliver the site, such as your IP address and browser type. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking scripts.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request: to prepare your estimate, contact you about it, schedule and do the work, take payment, keep the records the law requires, and protect the site from abuse.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We do not post your photos or show your home online unless you say yes in writing, and we never show your address.
Who else handles it
Only the people and services that help us do your job:
- Our crew and the trade professionals who do your job, who see what they need for it.
- Stripe, which processes card payments. Your card number goes to Stripe; we never see or store it.
- Cloudflare, which delivers this website and protects it from attacks. It processes your IP address and the pages you request.
- Our phone service provider, which carries our calls and text messages.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.
How long we keep it
An estimate request that does not become a job is deleted within two years of our last contact. Records of a job (the agreement, invoices and job photos) are kept as long as tax law, our warranty or an open claim requires. A record of your text-message consent is kept while we may text you and for four years after.
Your choices, and how to ask us to delete your information
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To ask, call or text us at (832) 381-2859. We answer within 45 days. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, and we will tell you what that is.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Texas privacy law
C&C Home Services is a small business as the U.S. Small Business Administration defines it, so most of the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act does not apply to us. The part that does, we follow: we do not sell sensitive personal data without your consent, and in fact we sell no personal data at all. We still honor the requests described above.
Security
Estimate requests and photos are stored privately on our own computer, not on this website, and only the people handling your job can open them. No system is perfectly secure; if a security breach affects your information, we will tell you as Texas law requires.
Children
This site is not meant for children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
